50% deposit required to hold your dates.** Balance is due 60 days before arrival date. Smoking permitted on the main veranda, balconies, and outside ONLY. We love our pets too, but not at the Casa (however special permission may be granted but as of this date, pets have not entered the Penthouse).
Dates and rates are not confirmed until your deposit is received. **Payments are refundable if we succeed in re-renting the Casa for the same dates at the same rate in which case you will receive a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee (more detail in the rental contract). We make every effort to re-rent your dates. Please purchase cancellation or trip interruption insurance.
