As darkness falls, you reluctantly climb out of the hot tub, slide open the ceiling-high sliding glass doors, and pad softly into the coolness of the Great Room. You refresh your drink at the wet bar.

You carry it to your suite, where the comfortable bed invites you to lay down for a few moments. After awhile, you dress and think about what you're in the mood for....

Next morning, you wake up early, eager for your first dive trip, walk, or tour. You get your gear, head down the elevator and wait at your private boat dock to be picked up....Or head to the lobby and wait for your bus or van... Hours later, you're back after a fabulous dive or morning of adventure. You rinse your gear, lock it up in the basement locker, and head upstairs to shower and have some lunch.... Later that afternoon, you put on your swim suit, grab a beach towel and book and head for a shady lounge chair by the beach for your siesta....

You are about 2 blocks from San Miguel, a 5 minute-walk past the shops along the ocean, or a 2-minute taxi ride to Centro, and yet you are far enough away from the tourist bustle to enjoy the quiet.

Your secure OTIS (French Imported) elevator opens directly into the Casa using state of the art Medeco security keys. You enter through a 'Jaguar' motif custom door. To your right is a commissioned waterfall created by renowned water artist Nayer Kazemi, which gives a soft, soothing sound throughout the Casa. It has a remote control to operate it.

Ahead is a breath-taking view across to Playa del Carmen and Xcaret (a must see tour) through the floor-to-ceiling (9 feet high) sliding glass doors that cover the entire back wall of the Great Room (twice as wide as ALL other units below you). All windows and sliding glass doors have screens and there are tropical ceiling fans in every room should you prefer gentle breezes and the sound of the waves to air-conditioning.

As you enter the Great Room, you see custom tile floors, striking carved wood, rattan, and leather furniture, comfortable sofas and chairs, lots of reading lights, a satellite-TV, DVD/CD, and stereo with surround sound. Casa de la Luna Llena has ample room for everyone to find a special nook or room to socialize and party. It's perfect for large groups of friends or family.

The dining table seats 10 comfortably. There is a wine (beer) refrigerator, barstools, a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line GE appliances, and various small appliances. At the classic trestle desk in the Great Room, you can write your memoirs, postcards, or fill out your dive log.

Four expansive Luxury Master suites each have their own private baths and balconies. The Owner's Master Suite has a built-in Kohler 2000 Body Environment / Spa (big enough for 8) and a custom urinal for the discerning gentleman. One Suite is even set up discreetly as an office if you want to stay for extended periods or just had to bring some work with you (has DSL).

The Great Room and Office Suite have free high speed DSL access. Just hook up your laptop and you're surfing away on the 'net.

There is a **spare pop-up elevated Queen sized guest bed that is very comfortable. The Casa sleeps 8* people easily — no tripping over each other and plenty of privacy (**blow up queen and single cots available to sleep more). On the 800 sqft ocean side veranda is the hot tub (seats 6+), chaise lounges, a table with chairs, glider and ottomans. The veranda wraps around the south side of the building so you have a panoramic view.

Your elevator also takes you to the basement/garage, directly opposite the entrance to the beach and the tri-level infinity pool. Tables with umbrellas and chairs, chaise lounges, palapas are on the beach and by the pool.

There is a boat dock, dive rinse tanks; you can be picked up by any dive outfit or scuba/snorkel right off your private beach. Secure storage lockers are in the basement, so you don't have to cart your gear up and down.

Across the street is Chedraui (a combination Costco, WalMart, Safeway, and Walgreen's), the local Cineplex (6 movies),several fast food restaurants you are familiar with, and an Internet cafe if you left your laptop behind. Bowling is a two block walk away.

Your fully equpped gourmet kitchen has deep serpentine green granite tops, custom maple cabinetry, and everything you need to create delicious meals, whether you or your private chef cooks.

If you want to explore fine dining, there are many excellent restaurants within a block or short taxi ride away. If you want authentic local food, stroll down any of San Miguel's side streets or go to the Mercado. The Cozumelenos are all delightful and friendly. The culture is warm and inviting.

Your multilingual, full-time American management provides daily maid service and can arrange for any number of activities--day trips to Xcaret, Chichen Itza, diving, snorkeling, renting a scooter or car, deep sea fishing, Spanish lessons, babysitters, even private chefs.
